30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unwashed, and in its original condition
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To request a return, contact us at admin@nonsufficithistoria.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Change of Mind, Fit, or Size
If you would like to return an item because of the fit, size selected, or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at admin@nonsufficithistoria.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to obtain a different size or product is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers
Customers receiving merchandise in the European Union have the right to cancel or return eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees available under applicable law.
